This plot shows the ozone values measured by GOME on 30 November 1999. GOME is an European instrument on the ESA/ERS-2 earth-observing satellite. The very low ozone values (about 200 DU) over Northern and Western Europe are visible as dark blue areas (polar view). The Antarctic ozone hole is also clearly visible at the bottom of the picture. For further information see the GOME Fast Delivery Service and the publication about the mini ozone hole in GRL.
