TMCF PGE: FILTAVG

This TMCF PGE calculates the filtered average of a set of input measurement files of a specific type (instrument configuration ID and version). The PGE is predominantly used for the calculation of background data for the Earth and sun measurements. The PGE sorts the input data acording to signal and omits the lower 10% and upper 10% before calculating the average signal per (binned) detector pixel. The lower and upper omission percentages can be configured, but the values mentioned above are the currently used values.
