TMCF PGE: RGBEX

This TMCF PGE performs a number of calculations on VIS radiance files when they are ingested in the TMCF system. Per VIS radiance input file a (much smaller) output file is created, that is used at a later stage to produce false-colour images of the Earth observations. The PGE averages a number of pixels in the spectral dimension for three predefined spectral bands in the VIS channel. The averaged signals of these spectral bands are stored in the output product, that is stored in the TMCF database along with its metadata.
