Latest news on OMI HCHO measurements
Release status
- Total HCHO columns from OMI measurements are publicly released since 1 February 2007.
- As of 1 May 2008, Version 2.0) of the OMI HCHO algorithm (PGE) is
used to process the Collection 3.0 OMI data to retrieve HCHO vertical
columns. The complete data set has been reprocessed with this PGE
version and is available from the GES-DISC and Mirador site.
Note that the Algorithm Version number is stored within the data product file, in the Metadata field PGEVERSION and relates to the level 2 data. The number in the data file relates to the version of the level 1 data.
