If you arive per airline, you most likely will land at the Amsterdam airport (also called "Schiphol Airport"). From this airport, you can take either a taxi (best to reserve via the hotel) to the hotel or the train to Leiden central station. There are running about 7 trains per hour and the ride takes about 20 minutes.
Note that on 12 and 13 September direct buses will run between the Schiphol and Leiden Central railway stations instead of train due to maintenance works.
The hotel is 2 km away from the railway station. You can take a bus or taxi or bike to the hotel. On weekdays you can make use of the hotel's free shuttle service (limited period of the day).
