OMI Science Team Meeting 2009

The OMI Science Team Meeting 2009 will be held on Friday 18 September 2009 in Leiden, The Netherlands at the Holiday Inn hotel, directly after the Aura Science Team meeting (14-17 September 2009).

This year's OMI Science Team meeting is open to everyone interested, and will focus mainly on technically issues (algorithm development, calibration, etc.) rather than scientific results, as the latter can be presented at the Aura meeting of the preceding days.

Logistic information

• Registration for the OMI meeting can be done using the combined registration web site for the Aura and OMI science team meetings.
• Hotel reservation can also be done using the combined hotel registration form of both meetings.Please note:
  • The conference rate is available until 6 July 2009 and based upon availability.
  • After 6 July, the block bocking reduction is still valid, but the availability of rooms is no longer guaranteed.
  • Cancellation or changes of the hotel reservation are possible free of charge until 6 July 2009. In case of late cancellations, changes or No shows after this date may result in a (full reservation) charge.
• A contribution for lunch and refreshments of 20 Euro is being charged and to be paid in cash at the registration desk. If you participate also in Aura meeting, those procedures are combined with the Aura registration.
