Daily mean precipitation in De Bilt from 1940 - 2003

The images below show the history of the precipitation in De Bilt that each run 1 - 31 simulated for 1940-2003. With the precipitation in De Bilt we mean the precipitation in a gridpoint of the model lying closest to De Bilt. During the actual simulations the images showed the situation of each run at at most 1 hour ago !

The red line denotes the daily mean precipitation of the year 2003 in the integration.
The black line denotes the daily mean precipitation of the years 1940 until 2003.
The blue area shows the range of all precipitation amounts that have occurred between 1940 and 2003.
As a reference, the first graph shows the observed daily mean precipitation values in de Bilt between 1940 - 2003 (source KNMI)
