The Active GPS Reference System (AGRS) is a network of five permanent GPS reference stations in the Netherlands and a GPS data processing and archiving centre.
One of the receivers is located in Delft. The data obtained by the GPS receiver and meteo sensors (see photos) are used to estimate the Integrated Precipitable Water Vapour (IPWV), which is equal to the column height if all water vapour present in the vertical column would condensate to water.
