About OPERA

Programme Manager

OPERA 3 started as a a five year Programme, but recently has been extended with one year. So the the program runs from 2007 until 2012. The Coordinating Member is the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI). The Programme Manager for 2007-2009 was Iwan Holleman from KNMI and, after his move to a new position, the Programme Manager for 2010-2012 is Asko Huuskonen from the Finnish Meteorological Insitute (E-mail: firstname.lastname@fmi.fi).

OPERA National Delegates

EUMETNET OPERA 3 is a grouping of 30 European countries and each National Meteorological Service has appointed one or two national delegates. If you need the e-mail address of your national delegate contact the OPERA Programme Manager.
