Notes:
In the vertical X-sections the 11 equidistant flight levels FL270, FL300, FL330, FL360, FL390, FL420, FL450,
FL480, FL510, FL540 and FL570
are indicated on the left by horizontal black line segments.
The location of Ouagoudougou (12.36 N, 1.51W)
is indicated at the bottom
by a vertical black line segment.
In the X-sections purple dotted lines indicate the 400 K isentrope and
the PV-isocontours of 1.5, 2,3, and 3.5 PVU - useful for tropopause identification in the
tropics resp. subtropics.
My experience is that the plots for a certain analysis time are usually
available about 7 hours after that time (0 UT analysis at 7 UT, 12 UT analysis at 19 UT).
However, this may vary somewhat from day to day.
