ECMWF data interpolated in space and time to CARIBIC aircraft location.
There is one file for genernal model data and one for the cloud parameters.
The header lines describe the contents of the files.

NOTES :
The second column "UT(min)" is wrong for most files due to a fortran
programming error (integer to real). The correct time information is
is given in the 3rd column "UT(h)".

The files whose names end with hr.dat have a regular time resolution of about 1 minute
The files whose names end with plainly .dat have irregular time resolution :
   due to lack of aircraft position data all available position data have been used
   These were evaluated at special request from Markus
