Because of the pressure on hotels in the Utrecht area, you are advised to book as soon as possible.

This hotel is situated between KNMI and Utrecht city centre, at 2.5 km from KNMI and
3 km from the Centraal Museum (the main venue of the meetings) (map).
Rates: € 95 (single), € 115 (double), excluding 5% taxes.

- Hotel de Biltsche Hoek
This hotel is situated near KNMI. Utrecht can be reached by bus.
Special rate: € 76,70 (single) excluding 5% taxes.
To book and profit from this special rate, you should not contact the hotel directly.
Rather, send an e-mail to info@internet.valk.com,
or call Pascalle van der Vaart at 0(031)347 325942, fax 0(031)347 325977.
Pascalle will need your credit card number, arrival and departure dates, number of rooms, and you should
quote reservation code BIL-24B17307 HIRLAM.
Because the blocks have been removed on 2 April,
bookings will now only be accepted on an availability basis.
Some smaller hotels are situated more favourably with respect to the Centraal Museum.
They do not accept significant blocking reservations, but you may want to try and book there.
