Roughness maps of the Netherlands in raster-format can be generated using the program "roughn_map.exe".
Also roughness maps in contour form (DXF-format, suitable for WA^sP) can be generated.
The roughness is assessed from the land-use data base LGN3+ (Alterra).
Orographic roughness can be included as well.
The height is assessed from the GTOPO30 data base.
