• The final meeting of HYMN took place on 12-14 October 2009 at the site of KMI-IRM and BIRA-IASB in Brussels (Uccle), Belgium.

• The 30-month progress meeting was held 6-7 April 2009 at the Institute of Environmental Physics (Institut fuer Umweltphysik) of the University of Bremen
• The second annual meeting was held 13-15 October 2008 at IFU in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
• The 18-month progress meeting (PM2) was held on 7-8 April 2008 at the Ecole Normale Superieure, Paris.
• The first annual project meeting was held from 22-24 October 2007 in Totnes, Devon.
• The first half-year project meeting (PM1) was held on 22-23 May 2007 at BIRA-IASB, Brussels.
• The NDACC/HYMN meeting of the FTIR groups was held on 4 May 2007 at Tenerife.
