Sea level probability forecasts

Overview

Medium-range sea level probability forecasts using the WAQUA/DCSM model driven by ECMWF meteorology have reached a stage where it seems useful to present the products to the end-users.
Through this site access is provided to the experimental forecast products and documentation on the methods used.
The site will be developed further in the near future.

Documentation

Documentation can be found through the menu on the right side. It currently contains an introduction, but will provide calibration and validation information in the future.

Actual forecasts

The model system is running in experimental mode. The most recent results can be accessed through the link in the menu on the right (or click on the image of the forecast).
In principle the model runs two times per day, but due to the experimental status, the availability can not be guaranteed.
