Release Notes for RWS and KNMI's operational storm surge model operated at KNMI.

Version 6.1.6 (WAQUA-EPS)

Operational version for probability forecasts for t_f > 48h from 2009060100, in parallel with 6.1.2 for deterministic forecasts for t_f < 48h.
