Wet deposition parameters

In subroutine wetdep of the module wet_deposition of TM3 the vertical profile of precipitation formation is read in from fk.d. Program fk calculates this file by regridding the ECHAM? file precvtm1.dat. This is the old version of rain out in TM3 that is used only when no 3-D cloud information is available. For the period from March 1994 and April 1995 no ERA15 data are available and the OD data do not contain the 3-D cloud information. This should be taken care of with ERA40. This old parameterisation uses only the large scale precipitation from ECMWF, not the convective precipitation. References are Langner and Rodhe (1990) and Junge (1959).
