NubiScope - Laboratory tests and field evaluation

The purpose of this report is twofold. Firstly the stability and the effect of contamination of the
pyrometer are investigated by laboratory measurements against a black surface. Secondly the
NubiScope measurements for both temperature and cloudiness during a field test at the CESAR observatory in Cabauw are evaluated.
